New evidence suggests that the problem was not just local. Clinic for Women, the partial decriminalization of abortion, criminalization of the minimum dose, the Constitutional Court ruling that recognizes the rights of homosexuals and the most recent directive ordering advance educational programs on sexual matters in schools, have been the motivators for most recalcitrant right across the country is aligned in a common purpose, and to pierce all the clubs possible to any development involving the Constitution to challenge their beliefs and pave the way for re-election.
